Tinkercad

On Thursday the 28th of July and Friday the 29th of July we (Lava) learned how to use Tinkercad, which is a 3D drawing device. We were instructed to make an account, on AutoDesk  Project Ignite which is like google classrooms, where the teacher can view and aid your learning. It reminded me a bit of Minecraft, and also looked like a builders\architects tool. However, despite its confusing methods, it's a fun way to make a scale drawing of a model of our structure. We started with tutorials to show us how to use the programme, but soon we will be making our models. Some great parts of this are: you can see your structure from many different angles, and you can easily edit your design. For example, you can change colour, add shapes, and imprint letters. I also learned that once we have completed our models, we have the  capacity to print them in 3D. It was so much fun and I am looking forward to using it more regularly in the future.
